"In developing this collection, I observed the movement of traditional clothing worn, in particular the BOMBA, a two-piece set made in feminine and masculine styles which is a Beninese clothing classic. The version from the 50s and 60s has particular design characteristics, with low shoulder seams, an oversized cut and other details that I recreated with my own eyes."
